GB9 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Registering

1 General Terms & Conditions

Gb9 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between gb9 and its members.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. We will notify members of any changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be the definitive text.
• In the event of any dispute, gb9's decision is final and binding.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to read and understand these Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account with gb9:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Gb9 may request identity documents at any time. Typically, a copy of your NID, passport, or driving licence may be required before a withdrawal or for large transactions. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Deposits & Payments

Gb9 currently supports deposits via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Pay (Personal & Merchant)
• Nagad
• Rocket (DBBL)
• Direct Bank Transfer

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is ৳500. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account tier. Higher limits apply for VIP and high roller members.

No additional fees are charged on deposits. However, your mobile banking service may apply its own charges, which are the member's responsibility.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from gb9:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Delays

In some cases, withdrawals may be delayed – particularly when additional verification is required or suspicious activity is detected. In such situations, gb9 will notify the member and work to resolve the matter promptly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Gb9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
• Funds received with a bonus must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made (wagering requirement).
• Two bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within a set timeframe. Once the deadline passes, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Gb9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – such as creating multiple accounts or coordinated betting – will result in the relevant accounts being closed.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on gb9:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, gb9 reserves the right to void that bet.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. If the odds shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is accepted, gb9 may accept or reject that bet. gb9 will not be held liable for any bet voided due to a connection loss during Live Betting.

Betting Limits

Each event and market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. VIP and High Roller members may place bets at higher limits. gb9 reserves the right to adjust the bet limits of any member.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gb9:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or match fixing.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Attempting to steal another member's information or cause them harm.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity against gb9.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Gb9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended periods of inactivity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded, provided verification has been completed prior to closure.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Gb9 takes the protection of members' personal data very seriously. We adhere to international data protection standards.

• Your information is never sold or shared with any third party.
• Information may be shared when required by law (e.g., at the request of a regulatory authority).
• All data is transmitted via SSL encryption.

10 Responsible Gaming
