Account & Login

Registration at GB9 takes just 3 to 5 minutes. Enter your name, mobile number, email, and password to complete the initial sign-up. Then verify the OTP sent to your mobile and your account will be active.

No. Under GB9's policy, each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found, both will be suspended and the balances may be forfeited.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and a reset link will be sent to you. Click the link and set a new password. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.

An NID is not required to register. However, when making a withdrawal, you'll need to submit a National ID card or passport for KYC verification. This is done to protect the security of your account.

After five consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. Wait for the lockout period to end and try again, or email us at support@gb9.pro. Our support team will get you sorted quickly.

Deposit

Log in and click the "Deposit" button. Choose your preferred payment method – Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. Enter the amount and confirm with your transaction number. Your balance is typically updated within 5 to 10 minutes.

The minimum deposit at GB9 is just ৳200 BDT. You can deposit up to ৳50,000 BDT in a single transaction. For larger deposits, please contact our support team.

Your balance usually appears within 10 minutes. If it doesn't, refresh the page. If the issue persists, email support@gb9.pro with your transaction ID (TrxID). The support team will verify and credit your balance promptly.

GB9 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment gateway (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket) may apply its own transaction fees. The full amount will be credited to your GB9 wallet.

Withdrawal

Log in and go to the "Withdrawal" section. Select your preferred payment method (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket/Bank), enter the amount and account number, then submit your request. If your KYC verification is complete, you'll receive your funds within 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. A single request can be up to ৳1,00,000. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

Processing typically takes between 1 and 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. For first-time withdrawals, KYC verification is mandatory and may add some extra time.

If it's been more than 24 hours, email support@gb9.pro with your request number. If your KYC verification is pending, submit the required documents. Withdrawals can also be held up if bonus wagering requirements haven't been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

Your welcome bonus is added automatically when you make your first deposit after registering. Check the Promotions page for bonus amounts and terms. A specific wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be used.

Wagering means you need to use your bonus funds a set number of times as bets. For example, a ৳1,000 BDT bonus with 5x wagering means you must place ৳5,000 BDT in bets before withdrawing. Terms and conditions vary for each bonus.

Share your unique referral link with a friend. When they register using that link and make their first deposit, you'll earn a referral bonus. The more friends you refer, the bigger your bonus.

Yes, every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses are typically cancelled if not used within 7 to 30 days. Make sure to meet the wagering requirements before they expire.

Betting

You can bet on more than 30 sports including cricket, football, tennis, badminton, kabaddi, and basketball. Live betting, pre-match betting, and virtual sports are all available.

Live betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds update moment to moment. Simply log in, go to the "Live" section, select your match, enter your stake on the bet slip, and confirm.

Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is cancelled or postponed, your stake will be refunded. Some bets offer a "Cash Out" option, which lets you settle the bet early before the final result.

The minimum bet at GB9 is just ৳10 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. High Roller members can place bets at higher maximum limits.

Security & KYC

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process helps prevent fraud and money laundering while keeping your account secure. You'll need to submit a National ID or passport before making a withdrawal. Once verified, it's valid permanently.

Go to Account Settings and enable 2FA under the "Security" section. Once your mobile number is verified, you'll receive an OTP every time you log in. Keeping 2FA active significantly strengthens your account security.

Change your password immediately and notify us at support@gb9.pro. Our security team will investigate promptly and secure your account if needed. Automatic alerts are sent whenever a login is detected from an unrecognized device.
